Accessibility
- By car: Easily accessible via the E19 and E42 (exit 24 – Mons / Les Grands Prés). Free on-site parking is available.
- By train: Located right next to Mons train station, with direct connections to major Belgian cities. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the station.
- By plane: Approximately 40 minutes from Brussels South Charleroi Airport and 1 hour from Brussels Airport. Easily reachable by car, taxi, shuttle, or train.

Junior abstracts
Junior members have been invited to present their abstract and have received an invitation accordingly.
After this session, the prize for the best abstract and presentation will be awarded.
Social event on Friday evening
As a tradition we organize a dinner on Friday evening. We would like to invite all participants to attend this dinner and gather together with your colleagues and friends. After the dinner, a social event is planned.
Accreditation
INAMI/RIZIV and AFCN/FANC* accreditation have been requested.
*remember that the BeSTRO Autumn and Spring meetings apply for the continuous education in radiation protection of the patient required by the AFCN/FANC.
