Autumn Meeting (9–10 October 2026)

We are delighted to invite you to our Annual Autumn Meeting, which will take place on 9–10 October 2026 at Van der Valk Mons. The central theme of this year’s meeting is “Combined Therapy.”

We look forward to welcoming many of you to this important event for our community.

 

Registration
Registration is now open. Below you will find an overview of the registration fees. Please note that the Friday evening dinner is not included and requires a separate registration. Be sure to select this option during the registration process if you wish to attend.

• By car: Easily accessible via the E19 and E42 (exit 24 – Mons / Les Grands Prés). Free on-site parking is available.
• By train: Located right next to Mons train station, with direct connections to major Belgian cities. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the station.
• By plane: Approximately 40 minutes from Brussels South Charleroi Airport and 1 hour from Brussels Airport. Easily reachable by car, taxi, shuttle, or train.

Recognized for his pioneering work in translational radiation oncology, radiotherapy–immunotherapy combinations, and personalized cancer treatment.

We look forward to their inspiring Honorary Member Lectures during the congress.

Junior abstracts
Junior members have been invited to present their abstract and have received an invitation accordingly.

After this session, the prize for the best abstract and presentation will be awarded.

Dinner and Social event on Friday evening
As is tradition, we organize a dinner on Friday evening. We would like to invite all participants to join us for an enjoyable evening with colleagues and friends. Please note that the dinner requires a separate registration.

After dinner, a social event will take place, featuring a live jazz band to provide a relaxed and festive atmosphere. We hope you will join us for this memorable evening.
